Hi all,
I created a free PDF for new subscribers. It consists of a quiz indicating how healthy you are from 0-36 and then 78 strategies to boost that score based on the 6 dimensions of health. Impressive if you’re above 30 (and probably a liar if you got 36 😉).
In other news, my favorite non-holiday of the winter, the winter solstice, has come and gone meaning that every day is a little bit longer than the next….until my least favorite day of the summer.
