Hi all,

I created a free PDF for new subscribers. It consists of a quiz indicating how healthy you are from 0-36 and then 78 strategies to boost that score based on the 6 dimensions of health. Impressive if you’re above 30 (and probably a liar if you got 36 😉).

In other news, my favorite non-holiday of the winter, the winter solstice, has come and gone meaning that every day is a little bit longer than the next….until my least favorite day of the summer.

If you struggle through it too here are a few tips:

  • I added a new section: book recommendations for kids as recommended by occupational therapists. Each book goes beyond a story and includes a component challenging sensory skills, problem-solving, visual attention, and more.
